DOUG GROTHUES | Founder, Business Development
Doug is a Navy FA-18 pilot and former TOPGUN Instructor. After earning his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, he joined Boston Consulting Group. Doug has worked with Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas clients to enhance procurement, portfolio management, and value chain optimization strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, class of ‘06.

RYAN WOLLAM | Founder, Safety & Drilling
Ryan has been leading drilling operations across multiple basins and environments including deep-water and shale/tight formations for almost 15 years. He has extensive experience in project management and HSE with a proven record of delivering top-of-the-line results on time and under budget. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University class of ‘06.

DANIEL HAUT | VP, Operations
Daniel brings over 20 years of electrical construction experience including a ground up career as a lineman and senior management of multiple crews installing concrete foundations, foundation augmentations, and direct embedment poles for transmission lines. He has end-to-end knowledge of the industry and consistently builds excellent client relationships. Daniel leads, mentors, and trains crews to ensure the highest levels of performance & quality on complex foundation projects.

TONYA HAUT | Chief Administrative Officer
Tonya brings 20 years of educating, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to Pilot Foundation Services. She has been involved in strategic planning٫ implementation of policies٫ development of improvements, and leading teams to success. Tonya has managed resource allocations and monitored budget performance. She has a passion to lead, educate, and build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Science, Interdisciplinary Studies-Education from the University of Houston-Victoria, Class of ’04, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston-Victoria, Class of ’08.
